I am sorry, there are some technical issues with the rewards system and the profiles. The external support team of our platform is working on this. I hope that the problem is solved soon and more important, I am positive that nothing will get lost in the meantime. I appologize for any inconvenience.

thanks for the update. The support case has been escalated a few days ago and the engineers team of the platform provider is working on this with high priority. However, the problem does not seem to be trivial. I really hope that they find a solution soon and I am honestly sorry for this inconvenience.
Anyway, we will shortly publish a news about the future development of the community platform which will solve the problem in any case. So, please stay tuned.

maybe you already have seen the new blog post about the future of our Online Community. Based on several reasons, we have decided to move to another technology platform. The current technology is experiencing too many issues as you unfortunately have already experienced.
