I just thought i would share a small that manages risk within strategic planning initiatives

Risk identification- Here we can identify and create new risks with regards to each one of our strategic initiatives. We can assign an initial severity, an account that will be affected as well as a probability and the initial amount this risk means.

Risk Clasification-Here we can now classify our risks with regards to quantitative (impact based on probability and amount)

We can also see this in a pareto view with regards to the impact.

With the use of BEAM we can also cluster our risks (in this case with regards to severity, probability and impact).

Risk Management- Here we can establish how we will take care of the risk, with what measure, what impact will this measure have, who is responsible etc…

Risk Overview- Here we have an analysis in a P&L view as to what are our risks, our impacts, and what is our remaining risk in a P&L view per strategic measure, risk classification,etc..
