I noticed the last months that the Board support chat function, which I love, is offline / not responsive almost every time I try to reach it. Even-though it says it is online, I do not get any response.
I try to use it during regular business hours.. So it should be online most of the time actually. I understand that due to some circumstances the chat could be offline sometimes. I also understand it can be costly to keep the chat function online. However, like this.. it is always a disappointing experience when the waiting time expires and I have to raise ticket.
So please increase the availability or else communicate better when it is online or offline.
