is there a plan to have the same credentials for BOARDVille Commuity and Kayako (Support Portal)? Right now users have to register twice (and we have 2 different platforms). Maybe having the same credentials for both (and maybe integrating Kayako into BOARDVille will improve user acceptance.

as part of our strategy to grow internal and external solutions, we are working to integrate our BOARDVille User Community to the other platforms already existing or that will be activated.
As of today, all of our Citizens will have to re-enter credentials every first time they log from the Community to the Product Support Portal platform (Kayako).
Our intention is to ease the user journey and integrate the two with authomatic authentication not only for BOARD Employees (like yourself) but for all our BOARD Users (which includes Customers and Partners).
