one of our sales rep reporting that every time that he connects to Board 10 his outllok disconnects.
for me it sounds more like an notebook issue.
- do you use Win Client or HTML5 Client
- does it occur only for this one sales guy
- do he has to use a VPN to connect to BOARD (if so, is Mailserver reachable if he's connected to the VPN)

he is using a windows client on windows 10 surface pro and he is using VPN to connect to Board as well.
when on VPN mailserver works fine but ir disconnects once he is connected to Board.
do you have other users with the same device? Did they also get an error.
for me (from a network point) it deosnt make any sense, cause BOARD Win Client is using ports 9700-9703, 9705 and 9710 so it seems to be something wihtin the device/Outlook configuration
