Board Web (Screen List & Formating issues)
Hi,
I have two questions regarding Board Web (tested in Chrome and Firefox).
Screenlist:
I want the screen list on the left not to be shown.
I disabled the screen list in the client, as well as the sliding panel.
Still it appears in the web. Is there another option I need to disable?
Formating:
I have a numeric ID which should be shown as a normal code and not be displayed in a number format. In the client the display of the code is fine, however in the Web it is shown as a number with decimal signs.

Any idea how to fix these issues?

Hi,
which version do you use? For the first question, you need to enable "hide screen list" in Caspule settings.

Hi Björn,
we are using v10.1.2, the "hide screen list" option is enabled as well, it works in the client but not in the browser version.

Hi,
is it possible to have a retest on 10.1.4? I know there are a lot of fixes in BOARD HTML5 Client in the last versions

Hi Björn,
we are currently in a planning phase so I will not run an update.
However, it is not a big deal at the moment, so I can wait an see if the problem is gone once we updated Board.
I was just unsure if I missed some options in formating or capsule settings.
