Clean old databases

Hi,

I have a couple of databases in Board, which I don't need any longer.
Is there a way to delete this database so that it does not appear in the list of databases in Board?

    Hi ,

    We have option to unload the database in the Database tab -> Utilities ->Unload the DB which is required.

    Hi. If you really do. It want these databases to be available anymore you can delete them from the database folder located in your Board directory. Just delete the complete folder ending with .hbmp. I suggest to keep a backup of the database you are deleting.
    If I remember correctly there is also an option to delete a database from the burger Menue in the datamodel section of the web client.

    you can delete them from the dedicated icon in the "data model" section

    It is mandatory to perform a backup before deleting database.

    Remember that if you delete a "databaseA", you can not create a new "databaseA" (same name) until next stop/start of the Board Engine.

    Hi Sumanth, 

    thanks for your reply, I am not looking to unload the database I am mainly looking to get rid of it completely. 
    It should not be visibile in the selection list of the client anylonger, see attachment.

    Ok. One more thing: make sure to stop the board engine before performing any actions in the database folder.
