How to Find unused Cube

Hi Everyone,

I am working on database which has many cubes (almost 900), from the time i started working on this I have came to realize that probably all are not used. So I would like to know probably cubes which were create during development or for testing but are not used anywhere now, which will help me to identify & reuse this cube for enhancements or changes I am working on.

Hi @Apurv Pednekar,

depending on what version you are on there are various ways:

extracting metadata and anaylsing it
using the embedded Analysis in the web client to show relations to other Board objects
using the new Impact Analysis (10.7/11.3 and higher)
using log files to check if cubes were used in the past
