Hi All,

I have an entity "Material" with Code = ID and Description = Name.
I choosed the option "Display Code&Desc" in my dateview, to display both. When I export the report to excel I get one column with Code and Description together. Is there any possibility to get two separate columns: one for code and one for description?

Now:

Thanks!

    Hello Ellina,

    yes, it is possibile.
Simply drag & drop the entity you want to display in the "Data" area of your layout configurator.
Then select what you want to display in the "Display Mode" settings (highlighted in the snapshot)

The result should look like this:

    Hope it was helpful,

    Hi Federico,

that was my idea too. Unfortunatally it looks like below, when I add Material as additional entity:

Is here any option to see the description just once?

    E.g.:

    Thanks!

    Hi @Ellina Mnikh,

it seems you have the entity day by column ?! Then BOARD repeats all blocks per entity element. You can achive what you want with deleting the entity by column and instead use the function Detail By for the block of your quantity.
Since an entity cannot be the first block in the layout, the quantity must also remain as block a (without Detail by) and can be hidden.

    Hi @Dietmar Jeschkeit,

thank you for your help! I removed the entity day by column and used the function Detail By.
Now I have two separate Columns for Code and Description.

Is it possible to put the Matierial Description close to the Code?
    E.g.:

    Thanks.

    Hi @Ellina Mnikh,

you only have to reorder your blocks in the layout.

The layout must be something like:
    By Row Material (Display Code)
    By Column (Nothing)

Block a = Cube Quantity (Hidden)
Block b = Entity Material (Display Desc)
Block c = Cube Quantity (Detail By Day)
