Excel drilldown issues

Good Morning Everyone

Some of our users are experiencing a problem where they can refresh data from Board in Excel, however when they try and drill into it nothing happens.

Have any of you experienced similar problems, and was there anything you could do to fix it?

We're using Board 10.0.1 and Excel 2010.

    Hello Mark Thomson,

    maybe in your Board Release there was a particular behavior in the Excel Refresh.
    In the latest Board Releases (v.12) we don't notice similar behaviors.
