Error Message at Login

Dear, 

Our users has been seeing this notice when logging in. (see picture)
I restarted the server several times but it is still not helping. 
Any ideas on how we can fix this?

Hi Moses,

That message just tells you that an error has occurred, not the actual error - if you copy the long number (16245...) and then go to the Admin Console for the instance, open the latest BoardWeb... log under the Board Web group and search for that code, it should give you more details. The code itself is just a timestamp and searching for it in the file should take you to the actual error message. If you still have trouble finding the cause of the issue the best thing to do would be raise a Support ticket, and they'll be able to help you find the exact cause of the error.

hi Moses, Late reply however I had the same issue this morning it turs out to be that if you are using IIS the IIS user needs write permissions
