Excel and Web log in at same time

Hello,

It would be very helpful if we could be logged into Board Excel and Web at the same time. There are many times that I am monitoring users submitting data on the Web and I'm in Excel refreshing files. This causes me to get logged out of the web and go back in, click on the capsule, then screen, then select the specific item I am trying to monitor. 
Is there currently a setting we could alter so we can be logged into both instances?

    I confirm you that is possible to login in the same time through Board WEB and Board Office Add-In

    This is automatically usable with latest Board Version, but can be activated also on older versions.

    Please open a ticket on the Support Portal https://support.board.com and we will proceed immediately!
