Capability to stop big-queries

Currently it is not possible to check all Board Users actions (especially with hundreds of board users working with Board Win Client, Board Web, Board Office Add-in) and the "row upper limit" is not enough because - example - is not checking "how many blocks" the user is inseriting in the Board Layout.
There is a very high risk of resources saturation (RAM and CPU) because once a request i sent to the Board Server it is not possible to stop it.
It would be very important to have
1) possibility to set a parameter at a Board Server level in order to stop all queries exceeding N minutes (example: after 30 minutes).
2) Possibility for the Board Administrator to stop, in a safe way, running queries without stopping the whole Board Server.
