Extract layout excel from drill down in Board 10.7 local and web

In local, I am able to drill down and extract the layout via Excel. I am not able to do the same in the web. The layout from which I drill down consists of a cube (hide) and an algorithm within which there is an image that I click on to drill. Could you help me?
Attached are three screenshots which may be useful.

The first one shows cubes from which drill-down (lens) can be performed.

The second one shows the drill-down (Excel icon is missing in the Web version).

The third one shows the layout of the drill-down.

Hi,

i tried a web drill down in v10.7 and i had the export Excel function:

Is it possible that you have copied a layout with “Disable Drill Down”? Can you try copying the Drill Down layout into a dataview and check it?

can you send me a screenshot of the web drill down?
Because on the web, the drill down should have the extraction function.
