on Prem Board portal to upload file feature

Hi there, I would like to know is it possible to allows file upload function thru my Board portal?

Situation: A screen layout at my Board portal to allows Excel file upload thru portal. Then the board portal will show the uploaded data in table form.

Example, my screen to have template allows user to download the template. Then, user will fill in the data thru the template. Next, user to upload the template thru Board portal. Once uploaded successfully, the user can view the data at the table view screen.

I'd like to point you to BLOB cubes for storing your template. BLOBs are Cubes that can store files in their cells.
