Hidden Cubes visible for Developer

Options

To hide Cubes for User's is a great function to limit the visible Cubes in Data view layout and Office Add-in.

But unfortunately, the Cubes are also hidden for the Developer.

Suggestion
Make it possible to hide Cube's for different Roles.
Add another column (green area) to control visibility for the Admin/Developer.

Excellent idea! With how flexible temporary cubes have become, we use those now for anything that we are not showing on a screen, so the old functionality kind of feels obsolete. This way, we could start to use this for a kind of security instead - users who can't see cubes can't pull them into layouts, but admins can, so we can restrict access in a new, easy way.

Agree, in BOARD you always have a lot of cubes and end-user never knows which cube they have to use

So we should be able to hide cubes from end-users but not for admin or devs or power user

This could apply to Entites as well.

Posibility to group Cubes and Entites goes a long way but better to event be able to hide for users and maybe even power users?

Some objects are pure Development related…
