Board time out duration

Is there a standard time out duration set in Board when a user leaves their browser open?

if so, is there a way this can be amended?

Hi Sophie,

There is a default "Session Expiration Timeout" set to 60 minutes. You can request the cloud ops team to decrease the value but not increase it.

Please consider that the parameter "Customizable Session Expiration Timeout" was released with Board 2023 Spring Release (12.5), so you can amend session time out only if you have this version or higher.
