Ability to activate/inactivate Total & Grand Total in Column Display

For example: if there is two or more column entities are used say Year, Qtr and Month.

M1 M2 M3 Qtr 1ttl, M4 M5 M6 Qtr 2ttl,… Qtr 4-Ttl, YearTtl, Total

There is no feasible option to hide the total, disabling row total in axis settings has different impact on the report settings.

Appreciate considering this request and enabling it in future release.

Hi Yagna, wouldn't you be able to hide your row totals by disabling the "row totals" option on the layout block in question? Do you mind expounding on your use case a little more, I may be missing something

Disabling row total will leave the total not being displayed in the Dataview layout.

eg:- case 1: if the user enables Row& columns and adjust the above said column entities, say only Qtr to be displayed, then only 4 Qtr columns are displayed and not the total for Quarters as year total. And if mulitple years then it's Grand total unless year entity is introduced in Column.

Ask here is to hide /disable Grand total in the layout.

Case 2: if we are using Month, Qtr, Year for multiple year, then user will see multiple total which they don't want in the reporting like Qtr total, Year total, Grand total. here Grand total isn't going to be used.

the challenge here I see, there is no natural aggregation of Time Entities while using it in Column. The user has to force Board to display them.
