  • As an employee, I'm dedicated to delivering value to our customers. Of course, this requires a regular view of the "state of affairs". We need to answer the following questions

    • Where are we in the project?
    • How much budget is available for certain tasks?
    • What is the mood of the customer?
    • Are there perhaps other requirements that we can support with?

    I regularly record the answers to these questions in my own Board application, additionally using some of Board's sophisticated functions, e.g. to send the status to different recipients.
    That's my way …
