Level 200: Cannot access the board training environment model

Hello,

I'm currently in the process of the level 200 program but when I try to log in to the board training environment model it keeps refreshing the page.

In the browser I can see it constantly (every half second or so) it refreshes and changes the sign-in callback code.

Do I need to change anything so I can log in to the model?

Hi Gilles,

Thank you for the question. I reviewed your environment and everything looks fine on our end. I just restarted the service for you to attempt to fix this issue. Could you please try to log out and log back in?

Hi Kristin,

I manage to log in via my work laptop but when I try to log in on my personal pc it keeps refreshing the 'Board Subscription Hub' page. Both computers are connected to the same network so this cannot be the issue.

Are there any known windows/browser plugins that cause issues with board?
I've already disabled the ad blocker on my pc.
