Level 200: Cannot access the board training environment

Hello,
I repeatedly get the same error message when I try to load the Board Training Environment.
Here is the error message:
Error on deploying the environment, The orchestrator function 'CreateVMSubOrchestrator' failed: "Error on deploying course detailId:1317, vmname: a18-justfmtc, courseId:4". See the function execution logs for additional details
Could you help me to solve this problem?
