B14: Properties setup for Dataview

The new properties window for Dataviews is an upgrade, according to me.
I especially like the color selections under tab Design.
What I would like is to move all design options to the Design tab.
Table style is more relevant in tab Design than in Data, i.e. you can color the border lines in Design but you need to activate the border lines in Data.
Table style is just an example, and if this move is relevant for the developers, then developers can probably find more settings to move between the tabs. I'm also happy to make suggestions, if needed.
