Planning Drivers Data View Object section: In step 6, the user is told to change the By Row set up and to remove data blocks "b" and "c"; yet step 8 refer to block "b". Because step 6 is to remove blocks b and c, I can not set the Filer on Value to block b.

The screenshot also references Planning Method and Product in the By Row area as well as having blocks a, b and c.

Please advise,

For visibility, step 6 needs to be done on the Drill Down screen. It may be helpful to add that to the beginning of the step for clarification along with a screenshot such as the below, the current set up is confusing. I figured it out after walking through the functional testing.
