Level 200 Module 204: Problem entering my capsule

Hello everyone,
I was almost finishing module 204, then my board instance went down and now I cannot enter my capsule (image below), it says it cannot find the requested screen in my capsule.
Anyone had this problem before? Any tips of what can I do to solve this?

Hi @Laura Ferreira,
I hope one of these suggestions works for you:
- Close this tab and Academy pages > clear browser cache/cookies > close the browser and reopen it.
- Try restarting your training instance:
- Visit:
- Under Platform actions, click [Restart].
The last option is to [Reset] the instance where all your progress will be lost and you will have to start it from scratch. If none of the remedies is helpful, raise a case to support@board.com.
