Level 300, Module 304: Unable to access Environment

when selecting the tile to access the board environment I login using one of the Users given, I am then taken to the platform selector screen, I then select the only available platform to which a new tab is opened and i am taken to the platform selector screen as if it has been duplicated. I have reset the instance to attempt to fix this but it has no worked, how can i proceed?
