When is time to add the "Temporary cubes" seems like the system doesn't find anything so it keeps loading… So I can't set up the procedure.

    Hi Carolina,

    If you can logout of the instance and clear your cache on your browser.

    Then log back into Board and try that step again.

    Are you also using Chrome or a different browser?

    Thank your very much for your Feedback.

    I'm using Chrome and deleted all the cache but it seems, something is missing. I mean I should add temporary cubes but there are no cubes.

    Any other idea what I could do?

    Hi Carolina,

    When you click on the +Procedure are you able to see the screen below

    Once you click on the Add Temporary Cube you should be able to add the cube and see it.

    If you can't see that option could you please send a screenshot.

    That doesn't look right at all.

    Can i please ask that you raise a ticket https://support.board.com , there may be an issue with the instance you are working on.

    Hi Dominique,

    From my side, the issue persists. I don't see I should have created temporary cubes as a pre step in the training but I feel that if it is not on the technical side I must be doing something wrong, I just cannot find what it is.
