205 Italy not populating

Hello,

When I select "Italy" in play mode I get no data, what should I do?

    I reloaded data a few times and now it works.

    Hi Auguste,

    For other countries do you have data loaded? If it not the case, double check the configuration of your data reader (make sure the correct file is linked + mapping is correctly made + the ACT - Sales Data Load procedure is correctly setup, with particular attention on the ASCII Data Read step)

    If for other countries you have data but not for Italy, it means that the data reader and the procedure are working. In that case, the problem is probably coming from the selections applied on the screen from when you trigger it → Make sure that in the Sales Data Upload Screen you have Italy selected before hitting the button.
