I need help to configure my GCR Application

I have pasted the capsules and clicked on "Version#".Then I clicked on the reset application button in GCR Admin capsule.Now when i click on "import" none of my entity gets loaded.Can somebody share easy step by step guides for GCR configuration.I have been struggling for a month.
