Wildcards in header failing in export to pdf

Hello,

I use entity wildcards in the print header when exporting printable report to PDF. When used with the Page by function, sometimes the header says NONE when it should say a valid selection.

The same wildcard in a label on the screen or in the data view header will work, just the export header sometimes fails. Any ideas?

    Hi @Jason Febo ,

By entity wildcards, do you mean the selection element combined with the page number element?

Using @customer for example while using the export option to page by customer.

    Hi @Jason Febo ,

if the substitution formula itself is working fine with labels or dataview headers but (only sometimes) fails to do so in a pdf export, I'd suspect a bug in the pdf creation process.
Therfore: please open a ticket with our support to have a look into that issue.

    Best,
