Level 300, 309: Workflow. Functional Test, Step 6 EMEA Approver rejects a plan: Submit button issue

Hi Board Academy,
I'm taking Level 300, 309: Workflow, and currently on Functional Testing step.
I tried 2 browsers - Edge and Chrome - and Submit button on Step 6 of functional testing does not work when the correct answer is selected, and I can't proceed to step 7. Please advise.

Hey Anastasia! I am unable to replicate the bug. Can you let me know what you are selecting for the correct answer?

Hi Tj, my bad, i selected 3 answers and it worked :) thank you.
Previously i selected 2 - top-left and bottom-right, assumed those are correct - and "Submit" button did not call the pop-up window Incorrect answer.
