    Hi @Jon Linaburg ,

please get in touch with the academy team directly; I'm sure, they'll help you.

    Best,
    Helmut

  • Hi @Jon Linaburg,

    Hope you're doing good.

In the Level 200 course, chapter 202, you need to create your Training Instance by clicking on the 'Setup' [Refer to the screenshot] button. Later, in chapter 204, you will start creating all Entities, cubes, or procedures from scratch. Before that, it was just for knowledge purposes.

In case you feel like opening a ticket related to it, you can email at academy@board.com.

    Thank you,

    Marcus Smith

  • Thanks, I did that yesterday but nothing came through. I just tried again and it said that it's working to create me one. Appreciate the help

  • Hi @Jon Linaburg,

I can understand that. Sometimes the training Instance creation gets interrupted and not created at that time. I hope now the instance has been created and you've started creating the L200 data model and screens. All the best ahead!

Some tips that will be helpful to you:

    1. Reflect on every step perfectly to avoid any data mismatch.
    2. Follow the naming conventions as it is mentioned.
    3. Each lesson ends with a Functional test where your data should match. Hence, if there is any data mismatch solve it in the same module to avoid data mismatch in further modules.
    4. If you're unable to fix the data mismatch, please post a new question on the community or contact academy@board.com along with the details like chapter number, section, and screenshots.
    5. When you are done with the course you can download the created L200 application's Datamodel and Capsules from the same page where you setup the environment.

    Have a wnderful day ahead!

    Thank you,

    Marcus Smith
