Hang on in there! Also, thank you for your patience. Me or my colleague will reach out to you soon, to schedule a call with you to provide further assistance. It's hard to evaluate what might have gone wrong without evaluating that the build steps were completed correctly on the instance.
In the meantime, I would double check the steps of the PLN - Indirect Costs Allocation procedure, as it's likely the error will rest in there.
