A great summary of the things that have happened in our Customer Success organization over the last year. It underlines once again how important it is that our customers share their experiences and feedback with Board. This enables Board to respond to their needs and requirements in a targeted manner, create further added value for the customer and thus contribute to a positive development of the customer experience.
