Launch of Board 14 Essentials: End User microlearning modules

Exciting news—our first Board 14 end user microlearning modules are launched! The first three modules in the Board 14 Essentials: End User course are ready for customers in Board Academy. These standalone modules provide focused, practical training on key features of the Board platform in GIFs, with each module requiring just 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

Module 1: Board Basics
An introduction to foundational features such as navigation tips, drill-down tools, and ready-to-use functionalities available across all Board solutions.

Module 2: Navigating and Presenting Your Board Workspace
Guidance on effectively using capsules, creating and sharing presentations, and managing favorites for a streamlined workflow within the Board environment.

Module 3: A Quick Start to Board Reporting
An overview of tools for report customization, including Screen filters, quick layout options, the My View feature, and Bookmark management.

Start the new year with fresh Board 14 skills!

Customers can access the new course in Board Academy.
