Alternative of excel add-in

As users have the option to load bulk data using excel add-in but still there are some challenges that users are facing with excel add-in. Is there any alternative of excel add-ins in Board to load bulk data in proper format.

    did you try the Smart Import Object?
    https://help.board.com/docs/the-smart-import-object
    It allows the user to upload an Excel file in a defined format directly into Board without using the add-in.

    Hi Bettina,

    Users didn't find smart import and excel add-in friendly. Is there any other alternative to enter the data in bulk in board.

    I'm not sure what kind of solution the users want, as I find the Smart Import Object to be very user-friendly and a real milestone.
    Alternatively, you can of course provide a Dataview where they can enter or copy in their data.
