Level 300: Download of Data doesn't work

Dear Community,

every time I try to download the zip with the data set it keeps loading and failing. Is there another way/source/link to get the needed datasets for level 300?

    I’d be happy to clarify.

    The files you are looking for are actually predefined within the training instance that was set up at the beginning of Level 300. These are not separate files that need to be downloaded or obtained externally. Once your Level 300 setup is complete, these predefined files are automatically available in your individual training instance.

    I suggest trying the following steps to download the data model and capsule files for the Board Level 300 Course successfully:
    Use Incognito Mode: Open Google Chrome and switch to Incognito Mode (Ctrl + Shift + N on Windows or Command + Shift + N on Mac).
    Clear Cache and Cookies: Before starting the download, clear your browser's cache and cookies to remove any stored data that might be causing issues. You can do this by navigating to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data, then selecting Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data.
    Attempt the Download Again: Once the cache and cookies are cleared, try downloading the files again from the designated source.

    Additionally, if you are still unable to download the ZIP file, could you provide the email address you use to log in to Board Academy? This will help us investigate further.

    I have reviewed your progress in Level 300: Expanding Board in Your Organization - Part 1 and noticed that you have not yet completed the course. The ZIP file containing the Capsules and Data Models for Board Level 300 will only be available for download upon course completion.

    Dear John,

    I previously thought that the course was designed so that the steps could be carried out in parallel, but this is not possible without the data sets. In the course, there are always function tests where you have to check whether everything is loaded and displayed correctly in your own training instance. However, this is not possible if you do not have the data set. To be honest, I am therefore very confused as to why the data set should only be available after completion, as I cannot complete the course without the data set?

    For example, some new data readers must be created or old ones adapted in 302. For this, however, I need the extended/new datasets as mentioned above

    To clarify, once you complete the training, you will be able to download all capsules and the data model from the option shown in the screenshot below:

    If you are looking for the dataset related to "Smart Import Object" as mentioned in the course, you can download it using the download option as shown in the screenshot:

    Additionally, if you need immediate access to the Smart Import Object dataset as you are unable to download this particular dataset, I have attached it for your convenience.

    Dear John,

    thank you. The problem is, I need the "the updated location data set with 17 new countries" ⇒ "Location Tree.csv" before as well as the file "E - Currency*.csv" - but there is no extra download link for this files as fas as I can see. Where can I find those text files?

    Aah, okay thanks, that actually explains a lot and completely solves my misunderstanding about the source of the csv files. I thought they had to be stored locally on my computer. Thank you! :)
