Smart Import should accept the uploading of zero

Currently, in Excel if I enter a zero "0" as a value, when I upload using Smart Import, it says it is successful but no value appears in the app. It is as though Board (Smart Import) doesn't know the difference between a null and zero! This is a very big pain for us where users often need to upload zero as a valid indicator actual. Currently we have to tell them a horrible workaround, to enter 0.0000001. That is not intuitive for users.

Please Board colleagues, fix this issue in the next Board update.

    I completely agree with this post. In a financial tool like Board, distinguishing between a true zero and a null value is essential for accurate data representation and analysis. Zero is a valid and meaningful input, especially in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The current workaround of entering 0.0000001 is neither intuitive nor user-friendly. A correction in the next Board update is necessary to ensure that Smart Import correctly handles zeros as intended.
