I followed the steps in 308 to build security folder and application folder with my own board account. When I want to do the functional test, I logged out my ownn account and tried to loggin with the 2 users whose roles are planner_FR, approver_EMEA, it's impossible. Can someone help me?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We haven’t encountered a scenario where the usernames planner_FR and approver_EMEA are locked, so this is new for us as well. I am currently checking this on our training instance.
In the meantime, could you please try logging into your training environment using a different browser and let us know if you still receive the same account lock error? Additionally, when switching between planner_FR and approver_EMEA, please ensure you log out from your instance and close the tab where you were previously logged in before attempting to switch accounts.
Let us know if the issue persists.

From the previous attempts, I tried with the browser Edge.
Now I'm trying with Chrome (ensuring that I was already logged out), I tried both accounts, I don't receive the user locked error anymore, but still cannot access with both usernames and pws.

I'm glad to hear that you're no longer encountering the account lock error.
Regarding the current error message, I suggest stopping and restarting the instance (as shown in the screenshot). Additionally, please try accessing planner_FR and approver_EMEA using Incognito Mode or an InPrivate window to see if the issue persists.
