Upcoming Board Cloud IP Address Change

Please note: There will be a change that may impact customers who use IP allow lists, starting in June.

What’s changing?

From June 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025, we will be updating our inbound IP ranges as part of our ongoing infrastructure improvements. If you have whitelisted our IP addresses, you’ll need to update your allowlist to avoid any disruptions.

Affected endpoints

The following endpoints will be impacted by this change:

  • Subscription Hub
  • Platforms
  • Sandboxes
  • Administrator portals.

Please note:

  • Cloud Connectors, Board Shared Storages, and VPNs are not affected by the change.
  • Outbound traffic between instances and external cloud or on-premises data sources are not affected. Board instance, platform, and sandbox will continue to use the current IP addresses for outbound traffic.
  • The customer tenants that still use Board Cloud version less than 12 are not affected by this change.

What you need to do

Before June 1, 2025, you need to update your allowlist with the new IP ranges, which you can find here.
