could you please extend my instance since I had problems with 2 users to access and I still didn't get any solution back?
The post I raised is
308 - Security - Unable to access the training platform with the 2 users provided — Board Community
And also had a case created in the portal - Case 00144635. It's been passed to other teams but it's not solved yet.
It's true that I still get 10 more days (7 April) but I'm afraid when they give me the feedback reaching the last dates, I will still need time to complete my trainings.
