Pacer vs. Selector

Hi there,

I have a screen in which I have a pacer which is filtering months.

I created a procedure that should apply the filtered month to the next screen. However it doesn't do it. Therefore am I correct that you need to have a selector always when you want to screen selections in a procedure?

Hi,

no, it should work as you were expecting. I tested on 14.2:

Starting Screen, with Pager and no selection on Months:

In procedure I'm performing a Go to Screen with "Apply data selection"

and the result is that when I land in target screen I have the selection on the Month:

it Works also if I use the specific step "Apply selection to screen".

May I suggest you to debug your procedure and check if at the step where you are applying the selection on the screen the pager is still active:
