Hi all, I am quite confused with the results I am getting in the functional test, I get results for "Classic" and "Double Halo" but "Grey Pearl Stud" is not showing up.

What could be wrong?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

To help us better understand why the "Grey Pearl Stud" item is not showing up in the functional test, could you please provide screenshots for the following areas:
1) Could you please provide a screenshot of the configuration for the Product Status on the New Product Planning screen?
2) Please provide a screenshot of the selection step in the PLN - Initialize Planning procedure. We need to verify if there's a filter for the "Existing - Existing" Product Status, which could be causing the product to be excluded from the procedure.
3) Could you share a screenshot showing the data mapping for the "Grey Pearl Stud" in the relevant Cubes (e.g., PLN - DF - Sales LC, PLN - Product and Driver Mapping) to ensure that budget and actual data are correctly mapped for the product?
4) Please share a screenshot of the configuration for the Label object used to trigger the PLN - New Product Planning Capsule procedure on the screen.

Hi Jhon! thanks for that first reply, let see if you can help me through, here we go:

1. Really not sure what to share, I guess it should be the info shown in the "Screen select" menu, I am referring to this one, is it right?

3. Hmm… how do we check data mapping within a cube? I am sure I am not getting this one 100%.. how can we see data from a cube in a cube screen?

Hey Jhon!

so I created a dataview to check data on the PLN - Product and Driver Mapping, Grey Pearl is there, but PLN- DF- Sales LC is showing no info, I am reviwing the steps for that Cube to check if I missed something.

as an extra update, PLN- DF- Sales LC is a cube that is provided in the enviroment natively, that means, we are not required to build it, it is provided by default, which makes me more confused than before!
