Kristine Young is a recent Customer Success Hero award recipient and a Customer Success Manager with Board, responsible for overseeing customer relationships and ensuring success in the APAC region. In 2016, she transitioned from being a Board customer who was responsible for implementing their Financial Planning and Analysis application in the retail and wholesale industries, to take on the role as a consultant with the Board professional services team in Australia.
She was involved in many successful Board projects and increased her knowledge of business processes in many different industries during this time. As a certified trainer, she was also involved in developing the training material in Australia and delivering training to customers.
When the CSM role was offered in 2022, she knew it was a perfect fit. By combining her Board technical know-how with business acumen, she engages in thought-provoking conversations with customers, helping them identify new ways to use Board to drive efficiencies and innovation within their business.
Hamza Mesbahi has been with Board for about three years. In his current role as a Consultant, he has had the opportunity to implement a variety of projects, ranging from FP&A to data integration. He has also led instructor-led trainings and contributed to enabling Board learners. Prior to joining Board, Hamza gained valuable experience in data management and analytics, which continues to support his work today. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge of Board with others and is always learning something new as he grows in his role.
Outside of work, Hamza is a big Manchester City fan and enjoys attending comedy shows for a good laugh. He’s also a fan of museums and loves trying out different foods. Always up for an adventure, whether it’s learning something new or enjoying a good meal!

Zachary Turner is a Senior L3 Support Specialist at Board International, where he brings deep expertise in both front-end and back-end troubleshooting to solve complex technical challenges for clients. He acts as a crucial link between users and internal teams—translating technical issues into solutions that make sense. Whether it’s diagnosing platform issues, writing client-facing documentation, or collaborating with developers and customer success managers, he approaches every task with curiosity, clarity, and precision.
Outside of work, he’s passionate about giving back—volunteering with charities, staying active through running, and always seeking new adventures. His philosophy is simple: leave the world better than you found.
Amruta Shaha is a triple post graduate M.B.A. (IT), M.Com - Masters in Commerce, M.A. (Economics). Amruta is from India, from the cultural city of Pune, and has a total industry experience of over 18 years including roles as a Country controller and FPA senior analyst roles. Amruta has been with Board since May 2022 and has had the opportunity to work on BFC and GCR projects. In her free time, she likes to work on DIY projects, learn new random skills, and tune in to classic rock.
