Hi Team,

I tried taking a backup as I was facing an issue in module 305, Update Sales Planning.

So, thought of trying the workaround mentioned, deleting members, but the backup of the DB failed. Screenshot attached.

Could you please confirm if you're on the functional test of module 305?

If yes, what was the issue you were facing? For example, data mismatch, missing entity member in the dataview, or something else.

Are you talking about the Product entity where you deleted the 3 entity members, Double Halo, Classic, and Grey Pearl Stud?

Are you trying to backup the datamodel on your own? Because in the training instance, you won't be able to backup or restore.

Yes, I'm on module 305 and unable to get results for mentioned products even after executing procedure "Update Sales Planning".

Yes, I was just trying to take a backup by running the backup procedure in the Database but it failed.
