Hello everyone,

after upgrading to Board 14.3.0.0 (we have an on-premise IIS instance), we're encountering an unexpected session expiry after 15 minutes, even without user inactivity. Is this a known issue in the latest version? We faced a similar problem with v14.1, which was resolved by upgrading to v14.2.1.

We haven't made any other changes to the configuration, only following the official upgrade guidelines provided on the Board website.

I'm on prem also and we plan to switch to 14.3, I will check on my side.

in the changelog, they are saying that they have enhanced the timeout session across all cloud environments, maybes something broken due to this change for on prem customer.

Do you have a specific customized parameter in your config file related to timeout ?

No, we haven't customized anything related to timeout on the config file

I'm not able to replicate your issue with 14.3 on prem:

Here my test:

open a BOARD tab in chrome
go to another tab like google
After 45 minute come back to the BOARD tab ⇒ I'm still able to navigate in BOAD without having to reconnect.
