Level 200, 203 Force kick from go to screen

I'm currently having a strange bug where when I click on data management on the home screen to go to Sales Data Upload, 4 times out of 5, I get force kicked of Board and I have to reconnect myself. I don't know the cause and it doesn't do it every time, which makes it even more unusual.
It seems like a critical bug if it happened to a normal user.
Am I doing something wrong?

If the same tab is not selected, a new training environment tab will open, prompting you to log in to the instance again.

Thank you for your post related to 204: Upload Sales Planning Data.

Based on the screenshot you shared, could you please confirm whether you have configured the Home Screen navigation using "Home" mask and not the actual "Home" screen?

Additionally, please confirm if the "Same tab" checkbox is checked as shown in the below screenshot.

Yes, I did do the process in the Home Mask, But after checking, the Same Tab Was not checked.
What does it do?

After checking the Same Tab Parameter, it seems like I don't get kicked out anymore.
I Still don't understand the cause of the error, but thanks for the help!

I would love to know why leaving it unchecked results in an instant deco.
