Level 200, Module 204: Capsule content missing in Board Cloud

Hi,

I can still see the capsule (e.g., Financial Planning) in Board Cloud, but when I open it, the Home screen is completely blank. Previously, it contained the welcome message, icons like "Clarity Jewelers" and "Data Management", but now nothing appears.

I may have accidentally deleted the content while editing. Could you please reassign or restore the original version of the capsule for me?

Hello Branko,

To delete the current training instance, please go to Module 202.
At the bottom of the screen, you’ll find the “Set up Training Instance” section. Click on it and wait for it to load.

Once it opens, you will see Platform Actions, after scrolling and below that, options like Start, Stop, Restart, and Reset.
You need to select Reset, and After few minutes a new training instance will be created for you automatically.

Then you need to press again on the Board platform Option in Board resources to start new Training instance.

Hello Branko,

I see that you have accidentally deleted the home screen from the capsule.

Since you are still at Module 204 and have only worked with a simple data structure so far (as covered in Modules 203 and the initial part of 204), I recommend deleting the current training instance and creating a new one.

In the training environment, there is no option for backup or restore from our side, which is why starting fresh is the best approach in this case.
