While we’d be happy to support your learning journey, I’d like to inform you that there is a limitation on how long we can extend training instances for customers, clients, and partners. The maximum extension period we can offer is 20 days from the original expiration date.
I would have to check your training instance before we can extend the course for you. Can you please share your email address that you use to login to your Board Academy? Additionally, can you confirm the course for which you are requesting the extension for?
