I like step-by-step posts, but would love to see video demonstrations.

With the articles, you have the advantage that you can also work on it step by step, the video just shows everything in the flow (and you can't work directly along it)—so the best would be a combination of both, perhaps supplemented by an AI-controlled translation.

The human-centered approach is something I'd see in a very individual context ;-)

I really appreciate a combination of content formats in the Board Community, depending on the topic.

For hands-on features or new functionalities, I prefer video demonstrations—they help me quickly grasp workflows and UI interactions.

When diving deeper into complex logic or performance tuning, step-by-step written posts are my go-to. They’re easier to reference and revisit while working in Board.

As for AI support — yes, I’d welcome more AI-led suggestions and guided troubleshooting, especially for faster answers during builds. But I still value the human-centered insights from experienced community members — that’s where the real best practices come through.

Thanks for the tag @Holly Rieke and for keeping the community so dynamic. Personally, I like to consume information in layers(top-down approach). I start with short video demos to get the big picture, then dive into step-by-step written posts when I need precision. Live Q&As are a bonus when they go beyond the basics and bring real-world implementation stories.

Regarding support, I think AI-led assistance can be a great complement for quick answers and smart search, but I still value the human-centered approach for sharing best practices, lessons learned, and real project feedback.

The saying "Beggars can't be choosey" is my take on consuming information. Anything that will help users is great. Depending on the subject, probably depends on how the information is presented. Board has done a great job of providing training materials and useful tips in various deliveries. If you do not see what you are looking for, just wait a day or two and it will appear (and if it does not appear, you can always ask). I can get on Board (see what I did there?) with all of the commenters so far!

I honestly think all the options mentioned make a lot of sense and work well together. If I were to add anything, it would be the idea of creating a sort of path that connects them all—like a flow that ties everything together. That way, we can walk through the what, why, and how of an idea step by step, from the initial concept to the final demo.

It might even be cool to wrap it all up with a live Q&A at the end, to reflect on the whole journey and clear up any questions. Just a thought that could help make the experience feel more complete and connected :) :)
