Training Instance -issue, cant start giving error.

Hello Board Team,

Im trying to access the Board instance but im getting the following error message "Error on starting the instance". Today was the first time i tried to login after getting the extension and it just didn't start. I tried to "restart" the instance and then got the above error message. Please find below screenshot for the error message.

Your help on this will be highly appreciated.

Hello Sohanpal,

I understand you're encountering the "Error on starting the instance" message when attempting to access your Board environment following the recent extension.

I looked up your account using the email wsohanpal@jefferies .com and can confirm that you're currently working on Level 300 Part 1. I also see that your training instance is set to expire on August 7th.

I’ve gone ahead and restarted the instance for you. Could you please try accessing it again and let me know if it works now?

I can see the "Board Platform" now but when i click that it gives the following error message.

I understand you are facing an error while trying to access the training environment for the Level 300 Part 1 course in Board Academy.
